1 arrested, 2 wanted for Augusta convenience store robbery

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The Richmond County Sheriff's Office is still looking for two men in connection to an armed robbery at a convenience store last month.

The robbery happened at JR's Stop and Shop on Martin Luther King Boulevard on Dec. 29. Witnesses said three men wearing scarves came into the store and told them to "pull their pants off."

James Robinson, 18, was arrested on Wednesday on weapons charges and four counts of armed robbery.

Xavius Bell, 21, and Elmonte Surry, 20, are still wanted for armed robbery and weapons charges.
