1 arrested, 1 wanted in theft of thousands of dollars in jewelry from elderly SC woman

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW) -- Two members of the "Irish Travelers" community from North Augusta are accused of stealing thousands of dollars in jewelry.
Investigators say Tommy Martin Riley and Phillip Michael O'Hara told an 83-year-old Spartanburg woman they were floor salesmen and snuck into her room to steal the jewelry.
Riley was arrested in Kentucky earlier this week, but O'Hara is still on the run.
