AUGUSTA, Ga. -- East Central Georgia Regional Hospital will host a nursing hiring fair Tuesday, Oct. 25, to fill vacant RN and LPN positions.
The hiring fair will be held from 1 to 7 p.m. in the Augusta Campus Gymnasium located at 3405 Mike Padgett Hwy.
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) will only hire licensed Georgia nurses on the spot. All who apply must present resumes and valid credentials to be considered.
“We are excited about the opportunity to employ qualified candidates to work directly with the people we serve,” said Rhian Sharp, DBHDD Human Resources Director. “What we offer each of our employees is the chance to be challenged, to be valued, and to change lives day one and every day.”
Though this job fair specifically addresses critical need areas, job seekers can get more information about openings at DBHDD by visiting its website. The website lists employment opportunities at DBHDD’s Atlanta headquarters as well as the state hospitals and regional offices overseen by the department across the state. Job applications and information about state benefits are also available.
