AUGUSTA, Ga. -- More than 500 people are awaiting to find out if they will be starting a new job at Sitel.
Sitel is looking to expand its workforce with a job fair with 200 new position, but the problem for the people applying is Sitel can't interview all of the people who were lined up, Sitel operation manager, Shannon Meadows said.
"Wish that we had more interviews and rooms to do more and interviews and do more previews," she said. "That's the hardest thing. to not be able to talk to every person.
They were bringing in about 25 people in to interview them at a time, but there wasn't enough time to see everyone who was lined up, she said.
The good news is that they are planning to have three more job fairs, including one Fort Gordon on September 24th, she said.
