Sitel has announced that it will be expanding the customer care facility in Augusta. They are expected to hire around 300 people. Currently, more than 400 are employed at the Augusta location.
Sitel is working with area employment offices and will be hosting an on-site job fair on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the 2115 Windsor Spring Road location. An off-site job fair will be held at Fort Gordon in September. Open positions include customer service representatives, trainers and management staff.
