AUGUSTA, Ga.---A large turnout is expected Monday for a Savannah River Site job fair in Augusta. That's one of the reasons it has been moved to James Brown Arena on Seventh Street.
The July 20 fair had been scheduled for Carter Gym at Paine College.
There will be a meeting for prospective workers at 11 a.m. The job fair is scheduled from 12 noon to 3 p.m.
Previous SRS job fairs in other locations have drawn thousands of people. The arena is the largest public location in Augusta that can handle large crowds.
