EVANS, Ga. --- Another company is getting hit hard in this economy.
Club Car is laying off 50 employees world wide, and 40 at the Evans location.
The company tells us they are helping to get the displaced workers with professional placement services and get them severance packages.
The golf cart manufacturing company is a division of Ingersoll Rand.
It employs 900 people globally and 850 in Evans.
