AIKEN, S.C.---There's more progress to report on those 100 new jobs coming to Aiken. Veracity Payment Solutions is a customer service company that works with merchants and banks. It plans to open in the former Belk store in Kalmia Plaza early next year.
The company is working with the state to train people who'll work at the call center. It now has temporary space in the same plaza.
