If you find yourself in the drive-thru lane, you might get a pleasant surprise. Or, you could cause it.

Today WAFJ hopes you'll take part in what they are calling the
"Drive-Thru Difference." The radio station is asking you to consider paying for the order of the person behind you. The idea behind it is to make a big difference in someones day with this little act of kindness.

They even have a note you can print out to hand the cashier to give the car behind you. It explains everything. It begins, "hi. You don't know me, but I just paid for your order. No gimmicks - just something I felt like doing." You can click on the link below to read the rest of the letter.

You never know what kind of day the person in the car behind you is having, and this could be huge for them. It will probably make you smile too.
