Morning Money Matters: Kodak trade-in and recycling center

Wednesday, June 8, 2011

Pictures are priceless, but the cameras you take them with can be expensive. You can spend a lot of money on them, but now there's a way they can make money.

Kodak is offering a trade-in program for old cameras, lenses, flashes, video cameras, digital picture frames, and computer printers. Any brand is fine; they do not need to be Kodak. You just send your unwanted equipment to them, and they send you a check. They will even send you a prepaid package so you won't have to pay for postage. You will receive your check after Kodak receives your shipment.

If Kodak does not accept your equipment, the company will help you recycle it for free.
