The IRS says it has nearly $15 million in undeliverable refunds that it wants to get in the hands of the people it belongs to.
And that's just in South Carolina and Georgia. The money is from unclaimed economic stimulus checks and also tax refunds. Nearly 1600 checks in all. And most of them are there because of an address error.
Here's what you need to know. For stimulus checks, you need to contact the IRS by November 28.
That's because those checks have to go out by December 31st of this year.

As for those tax refunds, the average unclaimed check is $994.
