Foreclosure rates up in Richmond County

AUGUSTA, Ga.---The housing market is certainly reflecting these tough times. Foreclosure rates are up in Richmond County for the month of August.
These numbers are higher compared to the foreclosure rates from August 2007.
The rates are lower than the national average.
