ATLANTA, Ga.---It's costing you more to fly on Delta Airlines these days.
Some of those getting hit with new fees are frequent fliers, people who fly with pets and those who book their tickets over the phone.
The changes go into effect today, and you can blame the rising cost of jet fuel for them.
Some airlines are also putting in luggage fees.
So far, attempts to raise fares haven't been very successful because of competition.
