12 OYS: Box fan, vitamin lead latest recalls

There have been 4.8 million Lasko box fans recalled by the Consumer Product Safety Commission after an electrical failure was found in the fan's motor. There have been seven reports of fires associated with the failures. Stop using the fans immediately. You can get a free fused safety adapter by contacting the company below.

The Soladek Vitamin has also been recalled by the Food and Drug Administration. Seven people have already gotten what is being called "seriously sick" after the FDA learned the vitamins had high doses of Vitamin A and Vitamin D. They're made in the Dominican Republic and may be sold illegally here. Stop using them. Alert the FDA below.
