AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Bond has been set for the man accused in the New Year's Day shooting at Club Fiesco in Augusta.
Deontre Hubert was granted $75,000 bond for his murder charge and $25,000 for his weapons charge in court on Friday.
Hubert is accused of fatally shooting Edward Yancey, a man who investigators say was just an innocent bystander.
Since the shooting, the club has sparked controversy among Augusta commissioners. On Feb. 6, commissioners voted to suspend the club's liquor and beer license for 90 days.
