Send Mother's charges upgraded to murder in son's drowning death

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Murder charges have been handed down for the woman whose 2-year-old drowned in March.

Lisa Stocker's son, Daniel, was found dead in a swimming pool on the 3000 block of Creighton Place.

Stocker was originally charged with involuntary manslaughter and deprivation of a child. She admitted to investigators that she was asleep when Daniel drowned.

Investigators say the 2-year-old was missing for almost two hours before Stocker called 911.
