Owner of Bobby Jones Ford dies

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- News 12 has just learned a well-known local businessman has died.
Coroner Grover Tuten confirmed Frank Lawrence died of natural causes at his home on Monday.
Lawrence bought Bobby Jones Ford in 1991. He was owner and president of the business. Lawrence was well known in the area, starring in his own television commercials.
Lawrence was also a former part owner of the Augusta Stallions and the Augusta Lynx.
Funeral arrangements are unknown at this time.
