Six Flags salutes military with free admission for service members, family

AUSTELL, Ga. -- Six Flags Over Georgia is saluting our men and women in uniform with free admission during Military Appreciation Days. All active and reservist U.S. Military will get into the amusement park for free any day Sept. 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd. Two dependents can also get in for free as well.

If a service member is deployed during these two weekends, a spouse can take their place. They can bring two dependents as well. If there is a need for additional tickets beyond the three free ones, active and reservist military members can buy them at a 50 percent discount. Retired military are also eligible for the 50 percent discount.

To receive the complimentary tickets, a valid military identification card must be presented at any ticket booth at the park.

Six Flags Over Georgia’s official hotel partner, the Wingate by Wyndham Atlanta at Six Flags, is offering a discounted rate of $89 per night for active and reservist military throughout Military Appreciation Days. Reservations must be made in advance by calling (770) 948-7877 and mentioning “Military Days."
