Man accused of taking $22K worth of metal brackets

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- A man has been arrested in connection to the theft of $22,000 worth of bronze metal brackets from the SOLO Cup company.

Kenneth Dale Morris, 49, was arrested on Friday.

Morris, an employee at the company, has been charged with two counts of theft by taking. The thefts spanned multiple days.

CMC Recycling Center and Campbell’s Recycling Center assisted in recovering the stolen items.
