EVANS, Ga. -- Officials tell News 12 Lady Antebellum tickets sold out within the first three hours Saturday morning.

Tickets went on sale Saturday at 8 a.m. for $40 each. Officials say the concert would have sold out even quicker but it was cash only and no online or phone orders were being taken.

People were limited to purchasing four tickets for the concert on October 28th.

Dedicated fans started forming the line for the tickets around Wednesday afternoon.

Fans like Kelli DeVore came to secure her second spot in line.

"I love their music and the fact that they're from here is special," DeVore said.

She even parked her air stream nearby to help with the long wait, but that's not the only thing getting her through the long days.

"You have a lot of crazy people that keep you entertained," Devore said.

Patrick Richardson, who was the first in line said,

"It's more of a tribute to the band than anything. I'd camp out a week ahead if it meant I could get tickets."

When the 3,100 tickets go on sale, Richardson will snag some for himself and his mother Debbie Bradham.

"I think he's amazing or crazy, one or the other, but I'm loving it cause I really want to go to the concert," Bradham said.

Instead, she's doing her part by supplying him with food and checking up on him.

These campers also have some music, Lady A music of course, to entertain them.

"Such a special homecoming for them," Richardson said.

A homecoming that will coincide with the dedication ceremony for the new amphitheater named in their honor.

"This is a very special one time event," Richardson said. "I'm so excited, can't wait."
