AIKEN -- News 12 has obtained a copy of the motion claiming Alfred Bradley, David Cannon, and Buddy Dallas should be held in contempt of court and put in jail for allegedly withholding documents in their possession, even after a court order said they must turned everything in their possession over to the state.
The motion also requests the three former trustees be in court on Tuesday, November 25, 2008 to explain why they should not be held in contempt and put in jail.
