AUGUSTA, Ga.---A court hearing on a possible foreclosure on the Augusta home of former James Brown sideman Danny Ray has been postponed until the end of January.

Ray was the performer who became well known for draping a cape over the shoulders of the late singer at the end of his performances.

In December 2007, Wells Fargo foreclosed on Ray's home, saying he owed $18,000.

A court hearing set for January 16 at the Municipal Building was postponed.
