AUGUSTA, Ga. ---Parents and teachers both depend on many resources to help in the fight against sexual predators. One valuable resource can be found online. It's a website called www.a-better-child.org and its brain child of one local man committed to stopping online predators dead in their tracks.

John Bush says its a calling; he wants to help protect the young from a dangerous situation. That's why he's using his own personal resources in order to do it. He's spent countless hours of his own time, his own money and an abundance of energy to promote this site.
His goal is to protect children from sexual predators online or in person.
His message and motivation is clear.

"A safe child is a better child, an informed child is a better child,"says Bush. "The children shouldn't have to defend themselves, they don't know how."

Which is why parents need to know. Bush's website provides the tools to teach them. In addition he travels and teaches seminars on the most effective ways parents can avoid predators.

"Fearing predators is the thing we have to do, until we can put them all away and be able to keep them in jail."

That is his personal mission; to help investigators get the predators from behind the computers and off the streets.

"Iif not me then who? If not now then when? If not this then what?" says Bush. "God has a plan for all of us. This is mine."

Bush's website is constantly updated. He has a lot of other links to additional resources. For more information you can go to Bush's website at.www.a-better-child.org.
