APPLING, Ga. -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers wants to know why you should be the one to run the Little River Marina.

They are looking to lease the 29 acres after taking the property away from the previous operator. The Little River Marina includes roads, an access ramp to Clarks Hill Lake and other buildings. They have a list of criteria the new operator must meet.

The Corps will be accepting applications until 3 p.m. on Feb. 3.

We have included links to the Corps website where you can find additional information.
