Salvation Army hosting Community Christmas Dinner for those in need
The Salvation Army of Augusta will be providing a free dinner for those in the community in need.

AUGUSTA, Ga. -- The Salvation Army of Augusta is preparing to feed the community this year.

Their Community Christmas Dinner has been scheduled for Dec. 24 from 3 to 4:30 p.m.

Those in need of fellowship and a good meal are invited to the dinner at the Center of Hope located at 1384 Greene Street in Augusta. No identification or other paperwork is required.

They plan on hosting a big holiday dinner including ham, rosemary chicken, dressing, green beans, peach cobbler and more.
