Hephzibah man wins $100,000 in lotto
The man didn't want want his name released, but he did tell the lottery staff that his ticket was a birthday gift from a friend.

HEPHZIBAH, Ga.---A man from Hephzibah has won $100,000 in prize money from the Palmetto Cash 5 drawing. The man didn't want want his name released, but he did tell the lottery staff that his ticket was a birthday gift from a friend. He was given the lotto ticked on May 4th. The man turned 65 on that day.
The winning numbers were 2,9,12,26,28 and the multiplier was 3. The ticket was bought at Corner Pantry on Garner's Ferry Road in Columbia, South Carolina. The store gets a $1,000 commission for selling that ticket.
