AUGUSTA, Ga. ---It was a celebration fit for a king - the King of Pop, that is. A tribute and candlelight vigil in honor of the late pop icon Michael Jackson was held, with at least 400 people on hand. Many of them "never can say goodbye" to the singer so they remember him and the way he touched their lives.

As far as the eye could see, Michael Jackson fans were singing, dancing and remembering the times they've enjoyed the pop singer's music.

KISS-FM and POWER 107 hosted a candlelight vigil for Jackson fans at the James Brown statue. It was a perfect location, because of the relationship between the singers.

Young and old - black and white - joined in celebrating the life of Jackson. Many had a personal connection to him - even though they never met the pop star.
