Former Georgia Gov. Carl Sanders, 89, dies Sunday

Updated: 11/17/2014 - Governor Sanders was in office from 1963 to 1967 during the height of the Civil Rights movement. He was the first governor from Augusta in 50 years and his buddy from Richmond Academy went to Atlanta with him as his executive secretary.
