ATLANTA (AP) -- A Fulton County jury has found a man guilty of killing one man and wounding another when they tried to repossess his car.

Justin Moore was found guilty Monday of felony murder,
aggravated assault, attempting to elude police and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony in the death of Brandon Thomas.

The jury deliberated for an hour on Friday and for much of
Monday before rendering the verdict.

In November 2009, Thomas and Willie Thackston went to Moore's home in South Fulton County to repossess his gray Ford Mustang after Moore had fallen three months behind in making payments.

Moore's lawyers said Thomas accidentally shot the men because he thought they were trying to steal his car.
