No charges in death of deputy killed directing traffic

The Georgia Department of Transportation announces that westbound traffic on I-20 will be paced on Monday, January 8 and continue throughout the week between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

Gloverville 8-year-old injured in shooting

An 8 year old boy is recovering in the hospital from a gunshot wound. The boy was shot in the abdomen by another child Friday. The boy has undergone surgery, but there is no word on his condition.
