EVANS. Ga. (WRDW) -- The Columbia County Sheriff's Office responded to a fight in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel on Thursday.
Deputies showed up at 10:45 a.m. after they say two women, Iyana Herbert and Lisa Harrison, just got back from court.
The pair appeared at a child custody hearing where Harrison was awarded all rights to Herbert's child, the incident report stated. Harrison is the adoptive mother of the 2-year-old.
After arguing, Herbert started swinging at Harrison with a crow bar and Taser after following her to Cracker Barrel, according to the report.
Harrison had minor injuries and was treated at Doctors Hospital, according to the report.
Herbert is charged with aggravated assault.
