GRANITEVILLE, S.C. (WRDW) -- An Aiken County woman filed a report to get a phallic shaped tree stump removed from her neighborhood, according to an Aiken County Sheriff's Office report.
The woman told deputies her child told her about the carved wood and she believe a J.B. Coxwell Contracting, Inc. employee was responsible for the vandalism, the report said.
After finding the stump with the word "Joe" carved into it, an officer contacted J.B. Coxwell company, a report said. A J.B. Coxwell employee told the officer the company did not have any site pick ups on Ridge Road at Ascauga Lake Road.
The officer requested someone at the company cut the stump down.
