NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WRDW) -- A woman is behind bars on a DUI charge after a three-car accident in North Augusta Wednesday afternoon.

Investigators say Aleaka Danielle Baker, who was riving a 2000 Honda Civic, rear-ended a 2008 Honda Fit, which then hit a Honda Odyssey at the traffic light on W. Martintown Road at Georgia Avenue.

Baker, 24, is suspected of being under the influence of prescription medications. She was charged with DUI and is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.

Investigators say the charge could be upgraded to felony DUI, pending the results of Baker's urine test and due to the injuries of the driver and passengers in the Honda Fit.

The driver of the Honda Fit, 31-year-old Farrah Pritchard, and her two infant passengers were taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not said to be life threatening.
