AUGUSTA, Ga. -- News 12 has learned the man wanted in connection to the accident that killed a 7-year-old back in October is now in custody.
Allan Bradley Harmon, 42, is charged with first-degree vehicular homicide.
After crews reconstructed the scene, they determined Harmon was driving 91 miles per hour just before impact.
Jamal Lovett, a student at Willis Foreman Elementary, was killed in the accident. His mother was driving when she turned in front of Harmon's truck on Peach Orchard Road. Investigators say she had no chance to get out of the way.
The matter was sent to the grand jury last week.
