AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- One of the victims in the wrong-way accident on River Watch Parkway has died.

Coroner Grover Tuten says Amelia Hiltz died at 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Five people, including Hiltz, were injured in the wreck in December 2012.

Investigators say Monique Sullivan drove the wrong way on River Watch Parkway with her husband and young child in the car.

A grand jury indicted Sullivan back in May on several charges, including five counts of aggravated assault and one count of second-degree cruelty to children. Sullivan was already charged with serious injury by vehicle.
