Urban Outfitters customer care center expected to create 200 jobs

COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. (WRDW) -- A customer care center coming to Columbia County is expected to create 400 jobs within the next five years.

The customer care center for Urban Outfitters, which will employ 200 people, will be located along Bobby Jones Expressway.

“The Columbia County location will play a significant role in Urban Outfitters’ goal of building a unique work environment where we can assemble a team that believes in creating a compelling and distinct experience for our customers," said Bryan Whitney, Urban Outfitters contact center director, in a news release.

Urban Outfitters owns multiple brands, including Anthropologie, Free People, Terrain and BHLDN.
