AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- A grand jury arrest warrant has been handed down for Monique Sullivan this week.

According to jail administrators the warrant is still outstanding.

Authorities say Sullivan drove the wrong way on River Watch Parkway last December, causing a multi-car accident that injured several people.

Amelia Mayhall Hiltz died from her injuries in that accident back in July.

Sullivan has not been re-processed through the jail on the upgraded murder charges.

Sullivan is also charged with aggravated assault, child cruelty and serious injury by vehicle.
