Three of four Oconee kidnapping suspects from Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- Oconee Sheriff's Office said three suspects in the Brown Road kidnapping case are from Augusta.

Curtis Michael Bonman, Karin Tanja King and Justin D. Jackson were separately charged with burglary in the first degree, kidnapping, false imprisonment, and aggravated assault. All three are from Augusta.

The Sheriff's Office arrested the suspects for the apparent kidnapping of Detrick Favors, 40, near the Green County line.

The Jones County Sheriff's Office also captured Derrick Demetric Ingram of Haddock, Ga. Friday morning.

Jackson was arrested on Nov. 14, the day of the kidnapping.

Bonman is being held in the Richmond County on unrelated charges. King has also been transported to the Oconee County Jail.

The kidnapping victim had mild injuries suffered in the kidnapping, according to the sheriff's office. The ransom was not paid.
