MARTINEZ, Ga. -- Deputies have made three more arrests in a suspicious device found in a hotel room.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Office says further investigation led them to charge Richard Bourne, Michael Stader and Anthony Jones. They also added a charge to Amy Dodd's arrest.

Bourne is charged with terroristic threats and acts. His bond was set at $5,100.

Stader and Jones are both charged with possession of a destructive device and manufacturing a destructive device with intent to kill, injure or intimidate an individual. They are being held without bond at the Columbia County jail.

Dodd is also now facing a charge of manufacturing a destructive device with intent to kill, injure or intimidate an individual. She is also in jail with no bond.

Investigators say Dodd built a suspicious device with the intent of targeting the person who killed another person in Hephzibah. Deputies are not releasing the victim's name.

The Sheriff's Office was called to the Georgia Inn on South Belair Road around 2:20 Thursday morning. A witness told deputies Dodd showed her the device, but told her not to worry.
