MCDUFFIE COUNTY -- A crash Sunday afternoon left a 68-year-old woman dead, and two others in the hospital.
Around 2 p.m., Georgia State Patrol says Irene Moneyham Fulmer, from Thomson, was driving a Ford Explorer on Old Milledgeville Road. Troopers say Fulmer ran a stop sign and drove in front of a Dodge Stratus. The car hit the side of Fulmer's SUV on the driver's side and the SUV overturned.
Fulmer died in the crash. The driver of the car, Porsha Nicole Ivey, 22, was taken to GHSU along with her passenger, Omar Murray, age 27 from Warrenton.
