COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. -- The toxicology results have been released for the man accused of killing a 19-year-old in a car accident.

The tests confirmed that Lucky Wade Jackson's blood alcohol content was 0.281. In Georgia, a BAC over 0.08 is above the legal limit. There were not any drugs in his system.

Jackson is facing charges in Columbia County, including homicide by vehicle and DUI, in the accident that killed Jordan White on Sept. 12.

Investigators say White was turning onto Washington Road from Ronald Reagan Drive when Jackson allegedly ran a red light and slammed in to her. White later died at the hospital.
