Investigators hoping autopsy results will reveal more on 'suspicious' death in Martinez

MARTINEZ, Ga. -- Columbia County deputies are investigating a suspicious death in Martinez.
It happened at a home on Valdez Drive Saturday evening.
Crime scene tape surrounded the home where a 29-year-old woman was found dead with an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Krissy Beggs Kitchens.
The coroner was called to the scene around 9 p.m.
Investigators say they are waiting to learn more after an autopsy is performed on Monday.
