AIKEN CTY., S.C. -- The Aiken County Sheriff's Office is searching for the man who allegedly killed a teen and buried him in the woods.
Investigators have named 24-year-old Christopher Nathaniel Parker as the suspect who killed 18-year-old Huran Akil Dix. Investigators say Dix was shot once in the back, then buried off of Dry Branch Road.
The Sheriff's Office says Parker murdered Dix over an alleged stolen income tax check.
Investigators say Parker is no stranger to law enforcement. Deputies say he's been involved in a kidnapping case, as well as several counts of possessing a weapon. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
If you know where Parker is, call (800) 922-9709 or (888) CRIME-SC. You could get a cash reward.
