AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW) -- The Richmond County Sheriff's Office has identified a suspect in Friday's Augusta Metro Federal Credit Union armed robbery.
Authorities have identified Brendan Allen Gray Jr. as the suspect in the crime. He is considered armed and dangerous.
Gray is wanted for Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime.
Deputies say Gray entered the bank with a handgun and demanded cash around 4 p.m. and took cash.
They say he fled the scene in a blue in color Dodge Pick-up truck and was seen traveling south on Mike Padgett Highway.
Anyone with information on this crime or Gray's whereabouts is asked to notify the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office at 706-821-1080 or the Criminal Investigative Division at 706-821-1020.
