NEW ELLENTON, S.C. (WRDW) -- A 21-year-old is in the hospital after getting stabbed early Monday morning.
It happened on the 400 block of Williamson Avenue around 3:15 a.m.
Officers say the victim told them he was approached by two unknown males, who he says were armed with something similar to a kitchen knife.
Then there was a fight and the victim ran to his aunt's house after being stabbed. He was then taken to the hospital to get treated for a flesh wound.
Officers do not have a description of the two suspects at this time and are no longer actively searching for them.
