AIKEN, South Carolina (WRDW) - The teacher and coach at South Aiken High School that was accused of sexual battery is no longer employed at the school.

Aiken County Public School District Attorney Bill Burkhalter confirms to News 12 that Paul Waters voluntarily terminated his employment with the district.

41-year-old Waters faces five counts of sexual battery with a student. Aiken Department of Public Safety arrested him for allegedly having an unlawful physical relationship with a student at South Aiken High.
