AUGUSTA, Ga. – A small plane landing at Augusta Regional Airport crashed this morning at around 7:00 a.m.
According to officials on the scene, the small Mooney plane did not have the landing gear down when it attempted to land. The pilot was the only one on the plane and we are told there are no injuries.
The plane is registered out of North Carolina.
