LOUISVILLE, Ga. (WRDW) -- Nine people are now in custody in connection to a murder that happened in Louisville on Sunday.

Lafayell Williams, Damien Simpkins and Shinique Flournoy are now in custody and charged in the murder of 23-year-old Ken Quarterman Jr.

Officials are still searching for Octavius "TayTay" Hickson and Dalonte "Big J" Tarver, who are wanted in connection to the crime.

Investigators have issued a 12th warrant for the murder of Quarterman, but say they are not releasing the name for officer safety.

BJ Allen Barrington, Ivey Elam, Rajonte McGruder, Dontavius Meadows, Jason Williams and Jayrin Williams were taken into custody earlier this week.

The shooting happened just down the street from the Apollo Club on E 5th Street in Louisville, but officials say the club had nothing to do with the incident. A second victim, Charles Lewis Brown III, was wounded when bullets grazed his head. Brown has since been treated and released from the hospital.

Officials say they think the shooting is gang related and are re-interviewing witnesses.

This case is under investigation by the Louisville Police Department, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation and the Jefferson County Coroner's Office.
