UPDATE | Man arrested in connection to Aiken gas station robbery

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- A suspect in a convenience store armed robbery has been arrested.

Jeremy Grey, 20, was arrested last night charged with armed robbery for holding up the Circle K on Wagener Road last Thursday night.

Investigators say information from the public led to Grey being a suspect. Deputies are still looking for the second man involved in the robbery.

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- Information from the public helped deputies identify the man accused of robbing a convenience store, the Aiken County Sheriff's Office said.

Jeremy Grey, 20, is accused of robbing a Circle K in Aiken. Investigators have an arrest warrant for Grey, the man pictured in the black shirt, for armed robbery.

He's one of two people accused of the hold up and is on the loose.

Deputies are still trying to identify the man in the green plaid shirt with dark blue jeans. The robbery happened last Thursday night just after 10 on Wagener Road.

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW) -- The Aiken County Sheriff's Office is looking into a robbery at a Circle K in Aiken.

The robbery happened on Wagener Road at 10:14 p.m., the Sheriff's Office said. The clerk told deputies a suspect wearing light blue jeans and a black shirt entered the business with his face covered and asked for money.

The suspect left the scene in a grey Nissan pickup truck with a man in a green plaid shirt and blue jeans inside the truck, the Sheriff's Office said.
