EVANS, Ga. (WRDW) -- Columbia County investigators are looking for the woman who stole four packs of Rogaine and other items from the Publix on Washington Road last month.
The incident happened on Jan. 31 around 5:45 p.m.
A white female took 27 packs of BC powder, four packs of Rogaine and one bottle of Rogaine foam, totaling at $311.48.
